Insert compatible with Pax Pamir 2nd Edition (unsleeved cards)

Assembly instructions:
Start with the game box completely empty and oriented with the width being the larger measurement vs height.

1. The card holder will hold the main deck split into two halves in the large pockets. The small pockets will hold all of the event and Dominance Check cards in one pocket and the solo mode cards in the second pocket. Place this in the bottom left of the empty box in the same orientation as the box.
2. The region holder and cylinder holder are the same size and are placed directly to the right of the card holder in the same orientation. Recommend the region holder on bottom containing the 6 discs corresponding to the regions on the board. The cylinder holder holds the 50 cylinders for the player boards but NOT the score markers.
3. The pawn holder fills out the bottom row oriented vertically. The small cavity inside the two pieces is intended to store the spare center pieces for the loyalty wheels. As these will almost never be needed the intention is to simply drop them in that space and then push the two halves pegs and holes together without glue. They should stay put but can be pulled apart if the replacement bits are ever needed. The dominant suit pawn goes in the exposed slot of the assembled holder.
4. The block holder goes next also in the bottom layer but starting a new row all the way to the left. The intention is for this to be pulled out and placed on the table during gameplay. The front end is left open to allow the blocks to be easily pulled from one end.
5. Filling out the rest of the second row is the coin holder. The lid sits loosely by design but should stay in place when the full insert is in the closed box.
6. The player board holders come in three pieces and need to be assembled. Snap the circle bar into the top of the long piece using the pegs and holes. Glue or don't as you see fit but be warned, depending on your printer the pegs often fit quite snugly and are small enough are likely to break if you try to take them apart even when not glued. So put this together once and leave it. I recommend putting the cardboard player board in the remaining small section first making sure you get it into the pocket. Then slide it into the longer section to complete assembly. When assembling mine I found that if I put the boards in the larger section first the boards tended to pop up a little and didn't want to slide into the smaller section's pocket without being guided which was difficult. Once all of these are assembled the stacked player boards fill in the third row above the block holder.
7. The small score marker holders fill the remaining space holding the five gold painted score markers. (The player board/score marker row is taller than the others.
8. Fold the cloth map to the correct size and slide it into the map holder. This is a tight fit but once you work the hemmed edge in should slide in fairly easily. Place it in the bottom right of the box on top of the card and cylinder holders with the exposed part of the map sticking out to the left. (If you don't like this component compressing the map it can potentially be done without but is intended to ensure zero lid lift. I have not had an issue so far.)
9. The dial holders go next on top of the block and coin holders. One of the slots is deeper than the others and intended to hold two dials stacked. This one should go to the far left.
10. The assembled T-Shaped filler block goes in the top left. There is a circular hole in the bottom of the filler to accommodate the center pin on the double stacked dials. This should fill the space in the top left of the box. The part of the filler that says Second Edition fills most of the gap on top of the player boards to be level with the top of the dial holder.
11. The cardboard map should fit neatly into the right side of the box making a level surface with the filler.
12. There should be just a little space left in the box. Just enough to add the rules and player aids before putting the lid on.
