adapter to use the Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 lens hood on 67mm filter thread

to use a Canon lens hood ET 65-III on other lenses with 67mm filter thread
can be used for Cyclop 85mm f/1.5 lens

added a version with 58mm thread for filters
