Screwdriver Bits Chess

Make your own travel chess set or bit storage system. This uses 1/4 inch bits.

Print the top layers as a different color to get the alternating colors. I paused the print at the layer and manually swapped the filament.

Glue in 3mm by 3mm magnets at the bottom of each hole for bit retention.

Use security bit sets for the pieces.

Suggestion:

Pawns = Hex bits
Knights = Tri-wing bits
Rooks = Hex Security bits
Bishops = Spanners bits
Queens = Spline bits
Kings = Star Security bits
