BYD Sealion 7 - middle-rear seat belt buckle holder

A very, very rough draft of a piece that fixes the problem of the centre buckle falling under the seat. The elastic holding wrap fits under my piece (the 180' channel) and the belt webbing just below the buckle slides around the side. I could improve a whole bunch of design aspects on this but I got it working well enough for me. Anyone else is welcome to improve it further.

Note: this part does not play any part in the safety function of the seat belt, nor does it interfere with normal seat belt operation. All it does is stop the buckle from falling below the seat (which the elastic strap fails to do, because it's twice as long as it should be).
