Shock-absorbing curve lattice structure(PA)
A shock-absorbing structure. Unlike springs, it doesn't rebound, so it efficiently absorbs shocks and vibrations. The structure used for PETG was too elastic and simply became a spring. So we created a new structure, which worked well. Because it's made of nylon, it has practical durability.
I printed the model with a 0.4mm nozzle, a wall thickness of 0.29mm, 4 walls, and a 20% honeycomb infill for the hand block section, but it seems like it would work well with other conditions as well.
We have added a mini version of the design that is easy to make. It can be printed with a line width of 0.4 mm, features smaller columns, is less prone to bending when pressed, and includes an additional 8 mm hole for mounting.
