Summary

A weatherproof mountable case.

It has an internal seal. (I used a rubber band for the O-ring.)
It can be mounted using cable ties or bolted or screwed down.

Instructions

Printrbot 1405 and 1.75mm PLA.
Repetier Host Software.
Default Slic3r settings with support.

Rotate till flat surface is on bed. Support helps for case joining tabs.

Line the seal groove in the base with an O-ring if you want it to be weatherproof. I used a common elastic band.

I have included the blender files for those of you who want to modify it to suit your needs. There is no need to apply all the booleans before exporting an STL as it will automatically do this in blender on export. This allows you to modify each part, mask or hole anytime.
