Liquid-Liquid Heat Exchanger
The device was inspired by a heat exchanger concept published by LEAP71 and available from their website. The geometry presented here was recreated independently in Blender as a polygonal modeling exercise and is not an official LEAP71 design.
The heat exchanger features an intricate internal channel network that maximizes the contact surface area between two fluid streams while maintaining a compact overall volume. This high surface-area-to-volume ratio enables efficient thermal energy transfer, making the design well suited for experimentation, educational purposes and CFD studies.
