Side-mounted honeycomb build plate storage for FlashForge AD5M

After accumulating multiple build plates for my FlashForge AD5M, I wanted a convenient place to store them when they weren't in use. This honeycomb patterned, side-mounted, build plate holder attaches to the side of the printer and keeps spare plates organized, protected, and within easy reach.

The design securely holds 4 build plates while keeping them out of the way and off the workbench. Having the plates stored directly on the printer makes swapping between different build surfaces quick and convenient.

One of the best features of this design is that it prints without supports, making it easy to print and minimizing post-processing. Simply slice, print, and mount.
