1D/2D Flexure Translation Stage

This flexure stage could be used to build a cheap 2d optical lense positioner, that can be actuated with M3 screws.
2 Stages could be stacked togehter to create a 2D translation stage for lenses. With the Flex-Stage-Disk you can create a plane surface to mount other optical components or use the combo horizontally. Each 1D Stage has approximately +/- 5mm travel range.

The thing has following parts:
Options for 1D base flexure:
Flex-Stage.stl - for 2 sided unidirectional actuation with 2 screws
Flex-Stage3.stl - for bidirectional actuation with one screw

Auxilary parts:
Flex-Stage-Socket.stl - for mounting
Flex-Stage-Adapter.stl - for combining 2 stages or for mounting other optical components
Flex-Stage-Disk.stl - for filling the hole with a plane surface

Lense Holder for 1 inch Lenses
Lense-Holder2.stl
Lense-Holder1.stl

Actuation is done with M3 screws.
Flex-Stage3.stl can be actuated in both directions by using 2 counter M3 hex nuts and 2 washers.

Assembly hints:
Drill holes through and cut M3 thread into holes if needed.
