Parametric Round Clip Holder Zip Tie Version

A lovely customizer ready clip creator. All I did was switch it from screws to zipties.

Update 1: Switch screws for zipties.

Update 2: Checks see if the lip are useful (clipOpeningAngle is more than 30deg) and disabled if not. This allows a nice round mounting hole.

Update 3: seperate clip width from bracket width. Ready for first print!
