Xiegu G106 and DE-19 support frame

The frame consist of a bottom plate for the main g106 radio, and a top plate to mount the DE-19; the G106 is mounted using a set of longer screws ttorugh the same holes as the original radio feet are; the DE-19 is mounted using a zip-tie. Finally, 2 side supports need to be printed and the whole thing assembled using M3 screws and nuts.
