Asian Hornet Koldo Belasko trap funnel

For catching Asian Hornet/Vespa Velutina with Koldo Belasko style trap. This the funnel (embut) part that traps the hornet on the top of the towers.

Goal is to make construction of these traps easier by avoiding folding cone/fiddling with pvc-pipes/connecting-everything. Snugly fit 3 piece set also makes inspection/emptying easy. Less hassle with cable-ties. No glue/gluegun needed. Simply strap lower (tower) and upper (barret) mesh on the rings with hose-clamp or cable-tie.

Consists of 2 types of 3dfiles:

• Middle funnel part with cone
• (print twice per funnel) 2x mesh connect rings for top/bottom

Parametric so you can change sizes to your needs within thingiverse webpage or using OpenSCad. Values used for STL that you can find under file are:
Diameter = 110 Thickness_of_wall = 1.75 Thickness_of_cone = 1.75 Height_bottom_ring = 25 cone_height = 170; cone_hornet_hole_diameter = 8 cone_mesh_diameter = 5.5 ring_groove_depth = 1.0
