Summary

Wanted to use my Versa with a 1/4" hex sanding pad to refinish some headlights, so made an adapter that'll screw into the M10x1.5 threads on the Versa and allow a 1/4" Hex quick change shank to go in the other. There is a detent in the hex side to keep the shank from falling out. I've used this to refinish two sets of headlights so far, and it's still holding strong.

Went with 5 walls with a 30% gyroid infill for good torsional strength. Used a 0.16 layer height to allow more detail in the threaded area. Printing with the hex side facing up doesn't require any type of supports.</p></div>
