If you are fortunate enough to have a 3D printer on your desk and don't want to have to make a paper template to cut the proper hole for your bracket, print this out.

Once printed add 4 small rubber fit to the corners for added stability. Plus the small distance it creates off wall adds a bit of flex when you push on the guide, keeping it under a little tension and firmly planted against the wall.
