Parametric dust cap for bearing

The supplied default parameters is for a 608 bearing (8x22x7), on my particular 3D printer, in PLA. Most likely, the maindia parameter will require some fine tuning to achieve the right press fit for your application.

The pictures shows a typical application for an axial fan motor. The first picture (not fully focussed, sorry about that) shows the bearing and axle end, the second shows the same view, but with the dust cap installed. The cap should be made with a diameter that gives a suitable press fit. A suitable sized socket is a good tool for installation. For the 608 bearing, a 15mm socket is perfect.

Note: Although this is a valid design, there seems like there may be some issues with the customizer. So I would recommend downloading the design and running Openscad on your own computer.
