Filament guide, clean and tension system for M8 axis.

The filament guide fits an M8 axis and the foam material acts as a filament tensioning system.

This will help avoid unrolling the filament when adding a hub spindle to the filament spools as it then start spinning too easy.

The added benefit is that the foam used for tensioning the filament also cleans it.

Add canola or pure mineral oil in the sponge for improved feeding with bowden tubes, the cap will hold the oily sponge in place neatly.

Use a M8 nut and a spacer to keep it in place.

Update: V2 is a simplified and longer version also using a straight angle towards the filament feed direction.
