Steven's Gem with room for electronics

Remixed one of Vickibrownies' gems from thing:738118 to make room for electronics. The outer ring doesn't have much holding it on, so be careful while assembling. Electronics hollowed out to fit a Neopixel Ring (12 LED ver) perfectly.
