Summary

LED surround that fits on 20mm water pipe (~26mm OD). 2 off Adhesive strip LEDs are stuck to the surround. The angle is adjustable in 2 axis.

Instructions

Print 1 off each part.
Fasten 1 off 4G x 9mm screw through surround into small mount. The head may need to be filed to give a lower profile.
Stick 2 off 50mm LED strips onto surround.
Solder 1 off 30mm Bell wire joining LED strips to matching polarity (negative to negative, positive to positive).
Fasten LED surround to Collar with 3mm machine screw, 2 off washers and 1 off nut.
Mount on 20mm water pipe.
Solder Bell wire from 12V DC (2 Amp for 4 fixtures in series) power source to 1 off set of remaining terminals.
Optionally add LED Dimmer between power source and LEDs.
For diffusion, stick translucent paper over surround and carefully slide surround face over paper.
