Summary

Table Fix and Table Join for Mendel Prusa.

For use with PCB 214mm x 214mm x ~2mm
and glass 214mm x 200mm x 2mm.

I created and added a join for 2 tables,
you do not need it for a single table,
files: table_fix_TJ.stl and table_fix_BJ.stl

Instructions

Use 3mm screws, nuts and washers.
In the centre hole use a minimum of 40mm height screw + coil.
In the other holes use a 20mm screw.

If you use the table_screw_fix, use glue to fix the nut in it.

I created and added a join for 2 tables, but just for configurable printers with correct electronics.
For it you can use 2x glass 214mm x 200mm x 2mm or
1x glass 428mm x 200mm x 2mm.
If you know a electronic solution for 2 or more PCB beds for a standard board please tell us.

For all configurations I recommend use "Kapton Tape" on the glass in the PCB side and a "Glass Wool" under the PCB.

You do not need kapton tape over the glass in the print area.
With a brush, use a magic portion (50% water and 50% white glue).
No toxic, easy to use and clean,
but please... DO IT BEFORE HEAT THE BED.

1 - The tape will protect you from glass shard and the PCB from the glass. And the surface of the table will have more homogeneous temperature.
2 - The glass wool will save the printer electronics, money, electricity and the planet.
