F-F-Fiddle bout

I used luke12345's remix of OpenFabPDX's F-F-Fiddle bout and expanded the tuning peg area a bit to allow for a greater variety of tuning pegs. Specifically, I was able to get the following pegs to fit:

• These needed a large amount of modification (cutting the base, grinding the pegs

• These needed no modification, just slightly offset as shown in the pictures.
