1/4 Inch Potentiometer Knob

Slim potentiometer knobs.
This was made to imitate some missing knobs from a LeCroy oscilloscope. It fits nicely on a 1/4 inch potentiometer D-shaped shaft. I have put up a few slight permutations: Single piece, Base and cap two-part (for a two-color print) and Core and Ring (also two-color print). The idea of the two-color prints is that you can color-code them. I have printed them all out on a Replicator 2X in ABS (the two-color in natural and antistatic filament) and they come out dimensionally ok, but the two-color prints are a little messy on the 2X. I found the antistatic ABS needed a lower bed temperature, as it was pliable when I printed it, and set up out-of-shape. Ten seconds in the microwave, however, and it was pliable enough to stretch over the potentiometer shaft.
