Everything has been tweaked / Is in the process of being tweaked. it works fantastically for my Antec fan and the holes are able to be threaded with the fan screws I had leftover from the power supply. Its just the mounting and the angle in which the fan is going that are problematic. I made the "clip" on the hanger a closed design as i was having problems with it staying seated.

I had a bad power supply given to me, with a couple good 80mm fans in it, so I decided to finally figure out a better solution to my cooling conundrum. Enter Tinkercad, an 80mm fan STL file, and some digital calipers. I split the hanger and fan mount up for two reasons; one being that my Z carriage is warped on my printer, so until I print new pieces for that my measurements will be different (most likely) than everyone elses. Secondly so that anyone may design themselves a mount that can be used with their 80mm fan...
I am literally in the process of printing this right now, thus far the fan measurements seem solid, although i don't know if the clip-in "wrap around" style will work properly... I printed the hanger portion that fits over the Z carriage first - fits perfectly!
NOTE: the Fan hanger has an angle to the mounting portion so to aim the fan down slightly toward the print bed. If any further alterations to this should be done, please let me know.
ALSO NOTE: The Fan Hangar appears to function okay by itself, albeit a tad high and the mounting is unrefined, but it will function that way regardless... That's your fun fact for the day.
Work in progress (What isn't) So check back soon for a follow-up!
Cheers.
