Summary

This is the T track that covers the holes in the barrel on the E11 Sterling conversion. It's made for a 40 mm pipe build I'm doing. You'll need 6, 3 of each of two different lengths, and they need to be cut to size, bent and trimmed to fit in the end holes.

Instructions

This was actually my first design for the E11 blaster, but I tried to shape them in Sketchup so that I could just glue them on the barrel without bending them in place. It didn't look right, so I never posted the first design. These are just raw T tracks that need some after work to fit on the E11 replica. It's a very simple design, but the profile looks about right to me. They need bending and trimming before mounting. You may need to scale these, as I'm not sure of the scale myself. I've used the measurements on my scaled build, which is slightly smaller than the templates I used suggested, but I'm not entirely certain of the accuracy of the templates. I haven't mounted these myself yet, but I'm planning on using heat for bending them into the holes, and I'll just snip off the excess length and shape them until I'm happy with how they look. There should be ample room to print one or two at a time diagonally on a 200 mm X 200 mm bed. If you have any issues with them, let me know. I'd like to get them as close to the real deal as possible.
