PiggyThin.stl is ready for 3D printing. The pink Orville shown was printed in NetFabb PLA with a 0.2mm layer height with supports.

PiggyThick.stl CAN also be 3D printed, though he has a lot more meat on the bone. This file is better suited for importing into Autodesk's 123D Make in preparation for slicing on a laser cutter. Piggy.3dmk was generated using PiggyThick, as was the slicing plan in Piggy.pdf and Piggy.svg, which assume a stock size of 12in X 20in. My sliced version of Orville is constructed using recycled Amazon shipping boxes glued together using Arleen's glue.

I use a small strip of painters tape to seal the bottom of both versions.
