Shaft coupler from quarter inch (1/4") to 14mm

Connects a quarter inch shaft to a 14 mm shaft or threaded rod.

Nuts and bolts used for assembly:

• Four 8-32 X 1"
• Two 8-32 X 1/2"
• Two 8-32 X 5/8"
