3D printing + sugru = precision rubber parts - iPhone 4/4S or 5 molds

Print your own desktop manufacturing kit to produce precision rubber parts directly onto the iPhone 4/4S or iPhone 5 with sugru.

There are 2 sets of molds here: 1 set for the iPhone 4/4S and another set for the iPhone 5. Each set has 3 components (make sure you print them all)

You will also need a set of nuts and bolts:
Metric: 8 x M5 x 25mm bolts + washers and wing nuts.
Imperial: 8 x 10/32 x 1" bolts + washers and wing nuts.

UPDATE - 17th May - We've just uploaded a new set of molds with an improved draft angle for better release. Please download, edit and create the molds as you wish.
