This one improve the inside of the tank (tighter tolerences and ridges for preventing film scratching).
The "joint" part and the axle are now using a screw to fit thightly together. It use a M4 nut and a M4 screw.
The joint is designed for a 16.9x22.3x2.7 O-ring.

Another seal will be need at the screw head (haven't figured which one to use, perhaps this one http://www.leroymerlin.fr/v3/p/produits/5-clapets-perces-4-x-17-x-5-mm-ideal-standard-n-81-e5925)

I haven't tested if it leaks or not !
