its new x end and idler for mendel prusa, I can provide .stl only now, coz my 3D print machine not ready yet, but I'll try when my machine can work.

Instructions

why I modify this, coz I notice when Z axis moving upper, the timing belt will intersect with threaded rod of triangle frame, it will cause Z axis move space become short near 50mm, this modify will return that space for use.

x carriage will need modify, to suit new position of belt clamp, if use my version of x carriage, you don't need clamp as normal use, we use zip ties this time.

and bushing for Z axis need to adjust for your own machine, I really wanna try they all, but still waiting some parts to launch.

I upload my bushing stl file now, its nothing special in this, I just add little taper around, and suit size with parts above.
