Parametric Disk Sprocket

Make your own 'Sprocket for mounting to disk hub'. cheap MTB hub can then be used to create gear reductions, jack shafts, ect.

1. make your own size sprocket with the attached openscad file from Aleksejs, just change the first value, on the bottom line, after the word 'sprocket (15,' to the # of teeth, and hit 'F6'

2. Export as STL, and add 'disk_cutout in CAD program OR use the attached diskcutout SCAD file and create in openSCAD.

3. I clipped the tips off the sprocket, to get the 16T sprocket pictured.

if some one wants to edit the main sprocket SCAD file to include the disk cutout, that would be good, I am still working on that...
