This tool is designed to remove the bi-pin lock ring inside Lithium Ion powered headlamps supplied from Area51.net.au

Mine has a damaged tactile switch, and it needs replacing.
At the time of writing, this tool was still printing, and it may need some adjustment - and I have added source files to make this easier for you.

The idea is to add two short lengths of 3mm coat hangar wire or similar into the holes while hot, so at to heat set them in place.

If you are performing this repair, I am quite sure you will be smart enough to work out how to use it.
