X8R, L9R receiver antenna holder (FrSky) Foldable version

I love the orignal design, but I need it to fold so I can put the plane in the travel case. I have a folding plane, and a non folding antenna holder just won't do!

Technically this was draw from scratch, but I tried to be faithful to the orignal dimensions.

If it was just a cutout from the front like the original, tightening the bolt would just deform the joint and not really add the necessary friction.

You can file the threads off the screw if you are worried about damaging the antenna wires. I added a bit more space around the bolt, so it's probably not needed.

I also added more material to the joint. It was the weak point, and though not at sleek not, it's stronger.

I removed the tag "In Progress". This is working fine for me. The added strength around the pivot is good enough now. The only thing is that you should have support under the joint when printing or it doesn't make a nice hole. I printed mine slow with ABS and it is good.

I should update the pictures later though, they don't all reflect the current version, close but they don't show the strengthened joint.
