Summary

V-Slot z-stage for Ultimaker Original
This is a drop-in replacement for the z-stage to accommodate the MK3 Aluminium heated bed. Alternative parts to accommodate my original 3-point levelled heated bed set up (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:84754) are also provided.

Instructions

Print all parts in ABS at 100% infill with 0.2mm layer.
Print all V-Slot cross-section mating parts with the V ceiling pointing up to avoid supports.
The support seats will have to be printed with support for the rail keys.
Thumbwheels do not need any support for the nut cavity.
Print the anti-twist caps holes facing down for strength.

Parts referred to "old glass" are to accommodate my original heated bed set up (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:84754). Mind you that you may have to unglue and reposition the washers receiving the ball magnets.

6x M3 washers
1x M3x20 socket head cap screw
3x spring (original Ultimaker springs)
3x Ball magnets (7mm diameter)
2x M3x5 socket head cap screws
2x M3 nuts
1x M2x5 socket head cap screw
1x M2 nuts
2x M2 washers
3x M3x10 spacer nuts (normal nuts will do too)
2x V-Slot corner brackets
1 big bag to contain all the above (optional)

For automagical assembly, place all components in the bag and shake! :))
