M8 for swivel.
Use part 1 + part 2 for swivel.
Use sandpaper for more friction.

Easily printable.
For aluminium hollow section profile are 0.8 mm shell and 25% filling enough.
Increase if solid or steel.

Tighten the screw only slightly.
