Instructions

This is intended to be a going-away present for one of our parasitologists. GIMP and ImageJ were used in combination to generate a height map from a confocal image; this height map was then loaded into OpenSCAD. The resultant model was smoothed in MeshLab to reduce the file complexity.

Note that this model is a simple mirror image in both directions, and may not necessarily represent what the parasite looks like.
