Summary

Hi, I used the basic form for the "Ear by Spoogle", but changed to Vulcan style ears as an add-on to the "Kongotronic 3000 TIME DEFENDER Robot Clock". Enjoy. :)

Instructions

I would advise that you leave the ears in the orientation I have layed then out in, as this has given me the best results. I used 0.2mm layers (as the whole thing is only about 35mm long. And you want to print using support.

To create this , I used Blender to import the .STL from the "Ear by Spoogle" and then used the sculpting tools to modify. I scaled down to much smaller size, to suit the Kongotronic Robot it is meant for and added a peg to attach to the ear holes on the robots head. After all this, I put the mesh through NetFabb to create a mirror image and correct the mesh for any errors. Then print away!
