0.8 mm shell and 25% filling are very stable. If necessary, use more material.

The carriage could be improved.
The nuts for the spindle I sanded slightly thinner.

Inside Dimensions for profil 15.5.x15.5mm, for sled 16x16mm.

The carriage has 1mm space above the underground.
