Summary

I wanted a better system than the block of wood to cool the filament when it leaves the Filastruder.
This is my First Design but I am working on several more.

Instructions

This design (FCS) allows for customization according to your needs. It utilizes one or two 60mmX10mm fans. If you choose one fan, you can pick which dirrection the air flows. If you use two fans, the wires can be run through the small hole as to not get in the way when both fans are wired together. The FCS also has a 8mm shaft hole to add a roller(s) at the end. I use several skateboard bearings on a carbon fiber shaft because I had them on hand. You could use two bearings wrapped in copper, aluminum or ?
The mounting screw holes are offset so it can be mounted with roller end hanging off the end of your Filastruder baseplate. I placed the open areas on the bottom to help control warping on the printbed and to save filament. I designed this using Fusion360, the file can be provided if needed.
