Earth No Sea Relief Globe

Earth No Sea Relief Globe is a smaller version of thing:86681, Earth Relief Globe. It is a match for thing:91468, Earth Sea Relief Globe, and is meant to be quickly and easily printed.

It was created from a version of Scripps copyright data set, SRTM30_PLUS V8.0. See srtm30plus_copyright.txt for the license. DJ Moews's program "Globe" was used. The program and the data are available at http://djm.cc/dmoews.html

Input to globe was: --map altitude data/srmt30plus 5400 2700 sbigendiandibyte --gridpoints 256 --map-scale 60 >earth_no_sea.stl. Earth_no_sea.stl was centered and scaled by 0.0000075 to yield a globe about 3.5 inches in diameter.

Two stl files are available:

earth_no_sea.stl and
earth_no_sea_base.stl - the same globe with a base added at the south pole
