Weather Thing

Updated the part - added vent holes and changed display mounting plate.

A widget for plugging into USB chargers, when they are not charging your phone.

It is electronics project built using ESP8266 and OLED screen. Electronics is under 8 bucks, but the frustration of soldering wires on pins you can barely see is priceless.

This widget has a tilt switch to change from landscape to portrait mode. The source code is available here: https://github.com/ardyesp/WeatherDisplay

It connects to your home WiFi network and periodically requests current and forecast weather from http://openweathermap.org
