Summary

This print is based on the "Free for All" episode of the classic 60's TV series "The Prisoner", starring Patrick McGoohan. Adjust the scale to make a bag tag, pendant, earring, or charm.

Note: in Mid-August 2015, I added another STL with a thicker loop that should be sturdier if used as a tag or pendant.

Instructions

For the print in the photograph, after the STL was loaded into MakerBot desktop, it was rotated 90 degrees, and scaled:
X = 59.11mm, Y = 40mm, z = 5.33mm

I used these settings: No raft, 15% infill, 0.1mm resolution (High resolution!), but I believe you will also get a good print with standard resolution.

For the colors:

Base and start of face (black): 0% - 53% (when it starts to print the top of the suit coat)

(Note: If you switch at 50%, there will be one layer of grey that mixes with the black in a nice way visually, as you can see in the photograph.)

Suit coat and face (silver): 53% - 72%

Rest of face (white): 72% - 87%

Letters (red): 87% - 100%

Will take a bit over an hour to print.
