Summary

This is a Bowden extruder for the Prusa i2 that clamps straight to the frame.

Instructions

I am using the x carriage from:
http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:363307
for now. Might modify it to have a blower mount for PLA.

Print off all parts (might have to use supports on some). I also acetone treated all my parts to give better strength.

Bolts and Nuts: M3's
Bearing: 608's
Fan: 40mm
PTFE Adapter: M5 NPT Male to 4mm Straight Push In Fitting (about $2 on ebay). Need two of these.

After the acetone treatment has set for two hours in open air, I then screw in the straight push fittings. It actually is pretty rigid and has survived for more than 50 prints.
