Summary

After returning home from the 2013 Bay Area Maker Faire, I felt inspired to 'make something': This bracelet was the result. I modeled a bracelet shape in Maya, and booleaned it against a voronoi solid authored via the "SOuP" plugin. Since I printed it in Taulman 618 Nylon, it's pretty flexible.
And it's pronounced "voh-roh-new-ah" :)

Instructions

Printed in Taulman 618 Nylon on my Replicator.
Custom profile in Makerware, but the gist of it is:
Extruder 240 deg, HBP off.
3 shells, 33% infill, .2mm layer height.
Took about 2 hours, 45 min to print.
Weighs 31g / 1.09oz. Since the nylon spools are $20 per pound, that works out to a print cost of about $1.37 (not including the spool shipping...).
Which means, if I dropped the infillshells a little bit, I could get roughly 16 bracelets from one spool of nylon ;)

I should point out if you print this in something other than nylon, you'll probably want to enlarge the gap in the back of the bracelet, or it may be pretty hard to get around your wrist. The nylon lets it flex open safely, I doubt ABSPLA would be so forgiving.

I was getting a lot of hissing and popping from my nylon as it printed: After checking the internets, baked it in the oven at about 105c for an hour, problem solved. Although this did actually melt the spool it was on slightly, so now it no longer really fits on the spool holder properly :-s
