Tests for:

-Tolerance
-Overhang
-XYZ Calibration
-Hole circularity

Instructions

Print with your usual settings, layer height no larger than 0.1mm or the overhangs will be rubbish anyway.

XYZ
Measure across the 3 straight lines, x = 100mm, y 100mm and z=50mm

Tolerance
Some pins will fall out, some will need a little push, the smallest tolerance you can get out is the tolerance of your printer.

Overhang
The print quality will go down as it goes up the part, choose where you are happy with the quality and set that as your limit for support material in your slicing software.

Hole Circularity
Measure across the holes and inside the holes and check the measurements are consistent the whole way round.
