Oak & Maple leaves for decorating pie crusts

Decorate the rim of pies with pieces of crust cut from the same crust as the pie.

For the Maple leaf, started with the outline from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:121331
The original needed to be scaled to be smaller & then thickened, resulting in thin or no walls on my printer so I used the outline from it.
