Pulmonary arteries (human)

An STL of a medical image 3D reconstruction of a healthy patient's pulmonary arteries. Anyone knows how to make this either in Replicator 2 or 2X? The prototype would then be dipped into liquid silicone and once cured, the ABS or PLA would have to be dissolved without damaging the silicone. Any ideas are welcome.
