End Cap for 3/4" Electrical Conduit Pipe on Mostly Printed CNC

Update 4/9/2016
Rev12: Added option to cut corner off outside to clear Belt Tensioning part. The 1st photo shows what this looks like.
While waiting on some parts, I decided to design & print some conduit caps. This fits the Standard 3/4" electrical Pipe. I included the openscad source if you need to tweak the diameter a little or make it to fit the metric pipe. I could not find the specs on Internal Diameter of the metric 25mm OD pipe.
Looks like it should clear the belts & the hole is sized for the cable that comes with Allted's standard kit. You can leave the hole out for corner pipes, but I am leaving mine in just in case I need to take those caps out at some point down the road. You can use 3mm allen wrench to pull it back out if you print it with this size hole. It might be more difficult to take them out without that hole access. Also when installing this, if the wire is coming from the other end, it might be easier to put the wire coming from the pipe thru the end cap before inserting the cap.
I used 21mm as the diameter for my 3/4" pipe which snaps right in. I printed about 4 or 5 different sizes before settling on this Diameter & profile.
I could make this work in the customizer, but if you adjust the diameter, it is kind of a trial and error to get the height of the smushed sphere in the right spot. I might could make that a rotated extrusion instead of a smushed sphere, if someone needs more flexibility there.
