Nathanel's Soundwave X for X City

I am making this device for Rafael who lives in City X because his father has hearing problems this. The Soundwave X allows you to hear people of your choosing, good for people that are deaf or have hearing loss. It has many more uses, like you can connect it wired or wirelessly to your phone, you can make phone calls with it by using the buttons on the side of it. This has a universal compatibility to other devices. It also has a translator that uses voice recognition to figure out what language the person talking to u is using and translates it to you through the microphone to your default language.
