Summary

This is a spool center that will fit most filament spools.

Instructions

Print in pairs wide side down with support material, I used rectilinear grid support in Slic3r and it worked fine.

Knock out the support material using the hole from the thin end.
Push in 608ZZ bearings as required.

NOTE:

You may want to make adjustments to the FreeCAD model to suit the tolerances of your 3d printer etc. You only really need one bearing per cone but I used two and everything in the garden is rosy as they say.
