Quick mount plate for FZ1000.

Like manfrotto 200PL quick mount plate but with screw offset so mount clears battery door when attached to camera. Allows access to battery and SD card without removing plate. Also moves center of rotation closer to center of lens. Rework of: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:71604
