Sealed Filament Container Setup

A remix of robosavvy's access. Two oring slots,#7 and a #14, three pieces in one file, prints without raft. It is sized for 1.75mm and a guide tube should slot in the top as shown. Its meant to be a clamping arrangement with your container, #4 machine screws (or #8s if you drill out the top some), the bottom hat is meant for robosavvy's rubber glove trick.

I made this as something to print faster, without raft, to not rely on glue, could mount closer to the edge, and that would better hold my guide tubes. This works pretty well for me, I may make a Version 2 of the port with nut holders like the spool and a better fit on the glove.

The container pictured is from Container Store: Sistema 5 liter which seems to fit every spool I have. I sized my base spool holder for Taulman spools (additional spool fillers for stock FFC spools and Hatchbox spools, free cad files included). Side to side spacers may be needed, we shall see (will upload later). When drilling drill slow and use a pilot! I cracked my first hole as this Sistem is brittle. Let me know if you find a better 9in spool holder for less than $10.
